FAA A&P support letter
Previously the CAA provided a letter to verify UK licence details to the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States of America.
From 30 September 2024, verifications will no longer be provided to the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA). This is due to the fact the FAA does not require this information from the UK CAA.
FAA licence holders with a foreign address
Information on the requirement for individuals with a foreign address who hold or apply for certain certificates, ratings or authorisations issued by the FAA to have a U.S. Agent can be found at the following link.
