2.28 The Information Management System should make appropriate provision
for the storage of the above information in paper and/or electronic format.
2.29 Information should be periodically reviewed to ensure it remains valid and
up to date, examples could include:
changes to legislation, guidance
learning from accidents / incidents
aerodrome operational changes
2.30 Where new or updated information is published, the aerodrome
operator/training provider should employ effective change management
principles when introducing the information to the training and proficiency
check programme.
2.31 Aerodrome operators / training providers should seek to continuously
improve the training and proficiency check programmes.
