Only use the form to apply for a licence issued under the Air Navigation Order 2016, if you have not previously held one.
Application for the issue of a licence issued in accordance with the Air Navigation Order 2016, cannot be made using our e-licensing system, you must use the online form.
If you need to renew a rating or apply for the issue of a new rating, you will also need to complete an Application for the issue, renewal or revalidation of a rating (SRG3108).
