| Following the 'completeness check' the CAA confirms that all ACP documentation has been received from the Sponsor and a redacted version of the Sponsor's final proposal has been published. Any stakeholder may submit a 'call in' requesting that the final decision about changes to the design of UK airspace is made by the Secretary of State for Transport rather than the CAA. The 'call in' window for Sherburn-In-Elmet's Airspace Change Proposal was open from the 21st October to 18th November and no call-in requests were received by the CAA during this time. | 26 Nov 19 |

Following further discussions with the CAA, the Sponsor has submitted updated documentation to provide clarification on a number of points. This included an updated formal airspace change proposal, clarification questions and an updated Safety Case. |

Following a request to provide additional information to the CAA as part of the ACPs regulatory assessment, the Sponsor has amended their ACP submission and agreed to publish their safety case. Following the receipt of the PIR data from the change sponsor, stakeholders have until 1400 on Wednesday 25 June 2025 to submit any feedback on the data that they want the CAA to take into account as we carry out the PIR. Stakeholders should submit feedback by email to airspace.policy@caa.co.uk and state 'Sherburn-In-Elmet RNAV IAPs PIR (ACP-2015-04)' in the subject heading. Submissions are limited to one per individual (verified by email address). We give no assurance that we will take account of submissions made outside the feedback window. |
