Permitted Development Consultation: Supporting temporary recreational campsites, renewable energy and film making
The Department for Levelling up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) have published a consultation seeking views on permitted development rights in relation to the above.
All of these aspects could have an impact on aerodrome safeguarding, especially with regard to the proposed changes in relation to solar development. Therefore CAST encourages safeguarders to respond to this consultation to ensure that the DLUHC are aware of aerodrome safeguarding requirements.
