Please use this form to apply for the following variations to an Aeroplane or Helicopter Air Operator Certificate (AOC).
Relevant supporting checklists must also be submitted with the application.
- Change of principal place of business
- Change of company or trading name
- Changes to aircraft types
- Changes to aircraft registrations (including when aircraft registrations are not listed on the Operations Specifications)
- Changes to operating bases
- Amendments to areas of operation
- Transition from Visual Flight Rules (VFR) to Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations
Navigation approvals (aeroplanes only)
For aircraft type or registration additions, please also submit Form CA4040.
