Application to Vary an Air Operator Certificate and Part-CAMO Approval

Please use this form to apply for the following variations to an Aeroplane or Helicopter Air Operator Certificate (AOC).

Relevant supporting checklists must also be submitted with the application.

• Change of principal place of business
• Change of company or trading name
• Changes to aircraft types
• Changes to aircraft registrations (including when aircraft registrations are not listed on the Operations Specifications) 
• Changes to operating bases
• Amendments to areas of operation
• Transition from Visual Flight Rules (VFR) to Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations

Navigation approvals (aeroplanes only)

For aircraft type or registration additions, please also submit Form CA4040.
