CAP 493 SI 2025-02: Disruptive Passengers and Update of Section 6 and App H

The purpose of this Supplementary Instruction (SI) to the Manual of Air Traffic Services (MATS) Part 1 (CAP 493) is to: introduce the four levels of disruptive passenger behaviour outlined in ICAO Doc 8973 into section 5, chapter 5; update section 6 to reflect current regulatory references and align the processes with existing practices; and update the directory in appendix H.
