Individuals applying for a Student Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) licence should submit their application through the online Manage Personnel Licences service, accessed via the CAA Customer Portal. Units applying on behalf of an employee can still apply using form SRG1421 until August, when we launch organisation accounts on the online service.

To add additional ratings to a Student ATCO licence, applications should be made using this form SRG1421.
