Application for the the inclusion of Additional Ratings on a Student Air Traffic Controller licence.

Form SRG1421 can only be used to apply to add additional ratings to an Air Traffic Controller licence.

Applications for an initial Student Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) licence and to add additional ratings to a Student ATCO licence must be submitted through the Manage Personnel Licences service, accessed via the CAA Customer Portal.
