Record of Revalidation of an ATCO Unit Endorsement

This form should be used to record the revalidation of an ATCO Unit Endorsement. On completion, the original should be retained on unit and a copy sent to the CAA as directed on the form.

For the revalidation assessment for a unit endorsement at each aerodrome or place by a CAA inspector

Following the completion of the 2023/24 CAA Statutory Scheme of Charges consultation period and the publication of the new charging scheme the revalidation of an ATCO licence unit endorsement which requires the attendance of a CAA Inspector is now chargeable, please refer to the Scheme of Charges Section 8.1 Table 53 ( Ref d ) ORS5List of Official Record Series 5 - Scheme of Charges
