Revised Introduction of Visual Flight Rules (VFR) at Night in the UK

The purpose of this Safety Notice is to give details of the postponed introduction of VFR at night. It also contains the responses to the comments received in response to SN-2012/007.
18/06/2012 - A correction has been made to paragraph 2.2(c) to amend minimum visibility criteria in Class C-E airspace from 3 km to 5 km.
20/06/2012 - Corrections have been made to the height boundaries in the table at Annex C.
