Official Record Series 7 - Modification to the Air Traffic Services Licence for NERL

Modifications to Condition 5 of NERL's licence for air traffic services after the Eurocontrol charge control was amended in March 2003. The condition is concerned with the availability of resources and financial ring-fencing.
