Information Notice: Single European Sky Mandate on the Development of Standardised European Rules of the Air (SERA)
The purpose of this Information Notice is to inform industry that EASA has now launched consultation on Part B of the draft Implementing Rule by means of Notice of Proposed Amendment (NPA) 2011-02. Part B is derived in the main from ICAO Annex 11 ‘Air Traffic Services’, and in part from Annex 3 ‘Meteorological Service for International Air Navigation’.
