Air Traffic Controller Licence - Revalidation or Renewal of an English Language Proficiency Endorsement

This form is to be used to notify the CAA of the completion of an assessment of English Language Proficiency for the revalidation or renewal of an English Language Proficiency Endorsement at a UK Certified ATCO Initial Training Organisation.

The issue and renewal of a licence endorsement is now chargeable, please refer to the Scheme of Charges Section 8.1 Table 53 ORS5List of Official Record Series 5 - Scheme of Charges
