Electronic Conspicuity - Declaration of Capability and Conformance

This form is to be used by an EC device manufacturer to make a declaration that the device and its operating manual comply with the technical specification requirements contained in CAP 1391 Chapter 6 and Annex A and any other supplementary amendments to the CAP1391.
