How will this be applied:
The United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) renders valid, for the purpose of operating an aircraft on the United
Kingdom “G” register outside of United Kingdom airspace, any Part-FCL pilot licence that was issued in accordance with
Commission Regulation (EU) 1178/2011, and that are in full compliance with Annex 1 of the Chicago Convention. prior to 1
January 2021 by the competent authority of any state listed below, and which continues to be effective on or after 1 January
2021 by virtue of Part 3 of Schedule 8 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
