product checker checked to see that the work order downtime was accurately recorded.
16 from a sample of 25 end product checks did not have evidence of the end product
check completed.

Safety Case Preparation Guidance and Checklist
The following pages have been developed as a tool to ensure minimum requirements are met when
producing a Safety Case which, in accordance with the provisions of Space Industry Regulations
2021 Part 4, Chapter 2, Section 2, Regulation 29 and Schedule 1, must be submitted to the UK
Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as part of the licence application or whenever a change is made.
