FCC Briefing Pack
The CAA recommend that each member of the FCC
is provided with a briefing pack containing, as a
minimum, Clear TORs (Cap 403 para4.8 – 4.11), a
formation /scenario briefing observation checklist,
a map clearly delineating the display area and the
applicable minima (including outside the Display
Area), a sheet designed for the purpose of
monitoring containing pertinent minima and
limitations for each participant and a roster
showing duty times and locations.
