Ground risk mitigation measures OA applicants should use a RAE(F) if the following ground risk mitigation measures are applied: If the OA applicant intends to operate a UAS weighing above 25kg, the OA applicant should validate the mitigation measures M1A.C2.L.I and M1A.C2.L.A (Evaluation of penetration hazard) (opens in a new tab) through a RAE(F).
