SMART Delivery Objective for the T2 Baggage Programme:

Heathrow will invest £432m (2018p) in H7 and £142m (2018p) in H8 with the H7 objective of
contributing to achieve the OBR baggage misconnect rate of 9/1000*, timely delivery from
departures baggage system, Overall Satisfaction, Customer effort (ease), Airport that meets my
needs and protecting Terminal 2’s 2019 baggage peak daily throughput capability of 31,000 bags
(typical peak day).
