The responsibilities of ATC service providers with regard to the development, implementation and monitoring of a rostering system to manage the risks of occupational fatigue of air traffic controllers are detailed within ATS.OR.320 of the (UK) ATM/ANS IR.
The CAA has developed this policy statement, alongside additional AMC and GM, to guide and direct ATC service providers in complying with the requirements of ATS.OR.320.
