The purpose of this Safety Notice is to recommend that maintainers, operators and owners accomplish the Corrective Actions as defined by the Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) AD CF-2005-40TCCA dated 5 December 2005. This Safety Notice is applicable to certain Lycoming and Continental Aerospace Technologies Reciprocating Engines as defined in this Safety Notice
