The purpose of this Safety Notice is to highlight, as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, that the European Commission has given notice of their intention to postpone the implementation of certain Implementing Regulations scheduled for 2020. Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2018/1042 of 23 July 2018 amending Commission Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012 (EASA Air Operations Regulation) is expected to have its implementation delayed by six months from 14 August 2020. The amending Regulation enabling this should be published shortly.
