The CAA has issued an exemption to allow owners and operators of aircraft registered in the United Kingdom to continue to carry an ARC onboard the aircraft that was issued after the coming into force date (21 June 2023) of the latest amendment to the Airworthiness Regulations and where the ARC is not to the latest issue number as required by the Regulation.
