General exemption for any helicopter flying on a Search and Rescue operational or training flight in accordance with a national Air Operator’s Certificate from the requirements of the Standardised European Rules of the Air (SERA) with regards to minimum heights, Visual Flight Rules, Special Visual Flight Rules and Instrument Flight Rules.
