The Requirement for holders of pilot’s licences issued in accordance with the Air Navigation Order (as amended) to hold a UK Part-BFCL Balloon Pilot Licence (BPL) when operating UK Part 21 Balloons and the requirement for holders of British Gliding Association (BGA) Pilot Certificates to hold a UK Part-SFCL Sailplane Pilot Licence (SPL) when operating UK Part 21 Sailplanes.
