General Exemption which permits holders of the ‘Standard Permission’ to use an observer whilst flying within the limitations of that permission using First Person View on small unmanned aircraft up to 400ft, within congested areas, undertaking commercial operations and whilst remaining at least 150 metres of an organised open air assembly and at least 50 metres from any person, vessel vehicle or structure.
