General Permission which rectifies an unintended consequence within the 2018 ANO amendment. It reinstates the ability for an air traffic control unit, having already permitted a flight of a small UAS (mass greater than 7kg) within the controlled airspace or the aerodrome traffic zone that it is responsible for, to permit that small unmanned aircraft to fly in excess of 400 feet above the surface within that same airspace.
