This document allows a jointly owned aircraft with a National Permit to Fly to be used for the purpose of flying training. The person receiving the training must be one of the joint owners and hold an appropriate licence. The aircraft must be owned by, operated by or operated under arrangements entered into by a flying club of which both the person receiving the flying training and the person giving the flying training are members.
