Two recent training accidents, one fatal, resulted in a recommendation being made by the Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) to the CAA that action be taken to ensure that aircraft checklists are updated, where applicable, to always reflect the latest amendments to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Flight Manual data. This recommendation was accepted by the CAA.
