This document sets out additional policy, guidance and Acceptable Means of Compliance to be considered for approval by the CAA for the establishment of Instrument Approach Procedures (IAPs) to aerodromes without an Approach Control service and/or with a non-instrument runways. CAP 2304 provides greater clarity on the safety requirements and means of compliance to support the GNSS phase 2 programme as directed by the Secretary of State and, therefore supersedes CAP1122.
