CAP1404 has been updated to include more detail of the facts associated with a provisional suspension of a pilot’s licence. This edition also includes changes to the remedial actions available to pilots following an airspace infringement case review by the CAA. These changes take effect from publication of Edition 6 on 20 June 2023.
