Application for an Air Operators Certificate and Part-CAMO Approval

Please use this form to apply for the following:

• Initial AOC applications (will be sent to you after a successful pre-application meeting)
• A-A / A-B Restricted AOC renewals
• Converting Restricted A-B to Full A-B AOC, or Full A-B to Restricted A-B AOC

Initial Applications Only:

• Submit SRG2815A with your SRG1801, or separately with your AFSS tracking reference number to apply@caa.co.uk if sending after the AOC application has been submitted.

Renewals:

• SRG2815As are only required if there is a change of personnel
• The latest SRG1801 version should be requested from apply@caa.co.uk before expiry

• SRG1830 – Police AOC application
