Decision superseding ORS9 Decision No. 60 relating to Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material for UK Regulation (EU) 2019/947

Following publication of ORS9 Decision No. 60 in July 2026, the CAA has received further feedback on changes to the AMC and GM for UK SORA that were due to enter into force on 1 October 2026.  

In light of that feedback and planned wider improvements to UK SORA, the CAA has decided not to proceed with those changes and to revoke ORS9 Decision No. 60. As a result, none of the AMC or GM adopted by that Decision will enter into force, and the versions in force immediately before 3 July 2026 will continue to apply.
