Thruxton Aerodrome Traffic Zone

Exempts the commander of any civil registered aircraft from the requirement to comply with Rule 11(5) of the Rules of the Air Regulations 2015 when flying within the Thruxton ATZ under the control of the MoD Boscombe Down ATC Unit.
