Standardised European Rules of the Air (SERA) – Operations in Accordance with a Police Air Operator’s Certificate

General exemption for any aircraft flying on a Police flight in accordance with a Police Air Operator’s Certificate from the requirements of the Standardised European Rules of the Air (SERA) with regards to minimum heights, Visual Flight Rules, formation flights and right-of-way.
