Procedures for Examiners Holding Part-FCL Certificates Issued by Countries Other than the UK
The purpose of this Information Notice is to advise revised examiner designation procedures to reflect legislative changes and to respond to Red Tape Challenge issues and sets out the procedures for examiner designation and test notification for non-UK examiners and amends the information notified previously by IN-2014/111, in respect of when a non-UK examiner may sign a licence.
