The Status of CAP 789 'Requirements and Guidance Material for Operators'
The purpose of this Information Notice is to advise AOC holders and other aircraft operators of the current status of information contained within CAP 789 'Requirements and Guidance Material for Operators' in relation to the introduction of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Aircrew Regulation and, in due course, Air Operations Regulation.
