Assessment, Measurement and Reporting of Runway Surface Conditions for Licensed Aerodromes

This document provides guidance on the implementation of the Global Reporting Format (GRF) for Licensed aerodromes. It has been developed to give sufficient understanding of the assessment, measurement and reporting of runway surface conditions concepts to implement and maintain an appropriate runway condition report. It reflects and meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 14 Volume I and PANS-Aerodrome (Doc 9981).
