Requirements and Guidance on the Airspace Change Process for Permanent Airspace Change Proposals

This publication explains the airspace change process for making a permanent change to the notified airspace design.

CAP 1616j replaces CAP 1616f for those permanent airspace change proposals to which the new Air Navigation Guidance 2026 applies.

CAP1616j aligns to CAP1616 version 6, Airspace Change Process.
