European Insolvency Protection Implementers’ Views on Package Holiday Directive Progress

This is the report of a workshop held for stakeholders involved in the provision of insolvency protection under the Package Travel Directive. The workshop was to identify the views of this stakeholder group on the progress towards a new Directive on holiday sales in Europe.
