Operation of 'Permit-to-Fly' ex-military aircraft on the UK register

This CAP specifies the operational requirements that an applicant for the issue of a Permit-to-Fly for an ex-military aircraft is required to meet. The maintenance requirements are set out in BCAR Chapters A8-23 and A8-25.
