Replacement of ORS 4 Nos. 1343 & 1344

The purpose of this Supplementary Instruction (SI) is to update references to Official Record Series (ORS) 4 Nos. 1343 and 1344 within the Manual of Air Traffic Services (MATS) Part 1 (CAP 493) to ORS 4 Nos. 1576 and 1577 respectively.
