Mandatory occurrence reports

Details of reports made through the UK Mandatory Occurrence Reporting (MOR) scheme.

Organisations within the aviation industry are required to submit Mandatory Occurrence Reports to the CAA. These reports cover many different types of 'occurrence' but most will highlight a potential risk to flight safety if they are left uncorrected.

The table below lists all reports received by the CAA under the Mandatory Occurrence Reporting Scheme.
