The UK Flight Information Services (CAP 774) details the suite of air traffic services (ATS) which (excluding aerodrome services) are the only services provided in class G airspace within the UK Flight Information Region and, where notified, elements of which are also provided to VFR flights operating in class E airspace) Therefore, this document is equally applicable to all civilian and military pilots, air traffic controllers, and flight information service officers.
