Approach to terminal air navigation services regulation in RP2 - a consultation

This consultation sets out our approach to the regulation of terminal air navigation services (TANS) in the UK under the Single European Sky Performance Scheme. The responses to this consultation and amendments made to the approach outlined within will feed into the UK TANS component of the UK-Ireland FAB Performance Plan for RP2 of the Performance Scheme.
