In 2011, we published the CAA Strategic Plan for 2011-2016.
At just over the half way point through that period, we updated the strategy to reflect progress, new challenges and opportunities, and changes to our statutory responsibilities.
We consulted on the contents of the updated strategy, in addition to publishing for consultation more detailed plans for three of our strategic objectives.
We are aware that some airlines are now offering FlyBMI passengers rescue fares.
