Policy and Guidance for the implementation of Point in Space Helicopter operations in the UK

The CAA Policy and Guidance for the implementation of PinS helicopter operations in the UK has been produced in support of the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) programme phase 3.


This programme focuses on improving flight safety by helping organisations implement new approach procedures using satellite services.

Point-in-Space helicopter operations will improve flight safety and significantly increase resilience for helicopter emergency services.
