Consumer Panel annual report 2015-16

The Consumer Panel helps the CAA to deliver regulation that positively promotes the interests of consumers.

This is the Panel's fourth annual report. It sets out the Panel's views on a range of issues, including Heathrow Airport, runway expansion, complaint handling and ADR and airport surface access.
