metabolic and endocrinological guidance material to support the assessment:
• Medical history & lifestyle assessment, including physical activity, nutritional factors, alcohol
intake, sleep quality and documentation of any features suggestive of obesity-related
comorbidities
• BMI – recorded to support longitudinal monitoring
